Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "288wih", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 288wih platform and its operating entity, licensed under international gaming regulations.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 288wih platform or accesses any part of the 288wih service.
• "Platform" means the 288wih website at 288wih.net, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and features available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 288wih registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's 288wih account, excluding any bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, reload bonuses, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives awarded by 288wih.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by 288wih prior to processing withdrawals.

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account with 288wih, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be accessing the 288wih platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not have been previously self-excluded from 288wih or had a prior account closed for violation of these Terms.
5. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Pakistani payment method details.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.

288wih reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons. Each player may hold only one registered account. Should duplicate accounts be identified, 288wih may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 288wih Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 288wih will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;

Deposits & Withdrawals

288wih accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be available at the time of your 288wih Login; the platform's cashier section displays current options and applicable limits.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• 288wih does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Deposits are credited to your 288wih balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification before processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

288wih offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed basic account registration. Some bonuses require KYC completion before claiming.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonus funds are ringfenced from real-money balance until wagering is completed. Where both real-money and bonus funds are present in an account, real-money funds are wagered first unless the cashier specifies otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 288wih platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when 288wih's system records its acceptance and issues a bet reference number. Bets pending confirmation due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient balance are not valid until confirmed.
• 288wih reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a system error, manual input mistake, or data feed failure. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the staked amount.
• In-play betting is offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are subject to change instantaneously. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, the odds at time of placement are locked and cannot be altered retroactively by 288wih except in cases of manifest error.
• For HBL PSL cricket markets and other time-sensitive sporting events, 288wih may suspend betting at any time at its sole discretion, including during live play.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 288wih does not influence, manipulate, or predetermine game outcomes.
• Fortune Mouse, slot games, and all other RNG-based titles have published Return to Player (RTP) percentages which represent long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. Limits are displayed before bet placement and may vary by market, game type, and account tier.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wih platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the 288wih platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to generate unauthorised winnings;
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to abuse bonus terms;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 288wih staff, support agents, or other platform users;
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise 288wih's systems, servers, or security infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 288wih platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, data feeds, odds compilations, promotional materials, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the proprietary property of 288wih or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 288wih platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 288wih without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the 288wih platform;
• Use 288wih branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or odds from the 288wih platform.

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions will result in immediate termination of your account access and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288wih's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you to your 288wih account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288wih shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party internet service providers, Pakistani telecommunications networks (including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone), payment processor downtime, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform which subsequently prove to be erroneous;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other third-party payment providers.

The 288wih platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 288wih makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the platform.

Privacy & Data

288wih collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Identity verification using CNIC, passport, or other government-issued documents;
• Transaction monitoring for AML and fraud prevention purposes;
• Responsible gaming monitoring to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour;
• Marketing communications where you have opted in — you may withdraw marketing consent at any time via account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

288wih does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to that necessary for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and platform operation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wih holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 288wih, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 288wih's internal complaints procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written complaint to 288wih support via live chat or email at [email protected]. 288wih will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to 288wih's Compliance team. A final decision will be provided within 14 business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — External ADR: Where the dispute remains unresolved following the internal procedure, it may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as specified in 288wih's licensing conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law or the law of your country of residence.
